Work Aspirations – I have a background as a Contracts Manager in the construction sector, I effectively managed projects covering Surrey, Kent, and Sussex. My experience also extends to the LPG gas industry, where I facilitated pipeline installations for leading companies such as Calor Gas and Flo Gas throughout the UK. I enjoy being Head of Operations at Secure 24, focusing on Mental Health initiatives that make a positive impact.

Personal – Beyond my career, I value family time, socialising and indulging in the occasional concert, I have always loved live music. I have a commitment to giving 100% in all aspects of my life and a passion for helping people in both my professional and personal life.

Work Aspirations – I am passionate about finance, leadership and nurturing talent, with 40 years of dedicated experience. I have a deep understanding of fueling financial growth and have been fortunate to work with SMEs at various stages. As a firm believer in the power of collaboration, I am fortunate to be part of the management team at Secure24. I understand that a well-functioning finance department isn’t just about numbers; it’s about aligning financial strategies with broader business goals. I take pride in my ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a way that empowers the team to make informed decisions.

Personal – When I’m not immersed in spreadsheets and numbers, you’ll find me cycling over the South Downs, enjoying the nature. When the weather allows it I also enjoy going out on my paddle board. My love for the outdoors reflects in my approach to life. I have always had a willingness to explore uncharted territories and seek innovative solutions.

Work Aspirations – Having worked as a Business Insight Analyst at Sussex Innovation Centre, I am now driven by a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company like Secure 24. I am drawn to environments where individual contributions matter and can make a genuine difference. My goal is to introduce innovative systems and data-driven insights that will propel the company’s success within the industry.

Personal – During my free time, I love exploring the latest gadgets and tech trends. Recently I have been using my new VR headset and loving it. I enjoy looking into data analytics and machine learning also. When I want to relax I like spending a bit of time in the kitchen trying new recipes, cooking up a storm for friends and family.

Work aspirations – I am a innovative and strategic Human Resource leader committed to creating a work environment that engages talented employees. I have a diverse background within Human Resources including roles at Leonard Cheshire as a Surrey Border HR Administrator and at the Ministry of Justice as an HR Case Manager. Currently, I am focused on consistent growth, I have a drive to excel and a dedication to continuous learning.

Personal – When Covid hit, I stumbled upon gardening and it quickly became a favourite hobby. I love watching my plants and vegetables grow, it’s very rewarding. Outside of nurturing my garden, I enjoy moments spent with my kids, embracing the outdoors and appreciating family time.
