To achieve this, we have partnered with RISKA, a leading specialist training and development provider, to design and deliver our training programs.
Our focus extends beyond mere compliance; we strive to achieve the right balance between dynamic risk management and honing essential skills. Our goal is to empower our staff to manage challenges safely and effectively while continuously working towards reducing the use of restraints when these may be necessary. In doing so, we provide support, compassion, and reassurance to those in need.
Our training framework consists of four progressive levels, each comprising a series of modules that must be completed to achieve level status. As our staff progress through these levels, they gain advanced skills, deeper understanding, and enhanced capabilities. Higher levels indicate their ability to handle greater risks and complexities, ensuring they are well-prepared for any situation when supporting individuals with Mental Illness, Challenging Behaviours, or Complex Needs.
Through our structured and ongoing training programs, our staff develop a thorough understanding of best practices, industry standards, and established protocols. This knowledge empowers them to consistently deliver high-quality and professional care, maintaining a standard of excellence in our service delivery.
