The Secure24 team have extensive experience in logging and handing calls at our dedicated contact centre. Each logged call undergoes a detailed risk assessment to identify any areas of concern that will support us in delivering highest level of care to your patients. Our call staff fully understand the importance of establishing a strong rapport with each person placing a call as building a strong connection ensures that service users feel at ease and are empowered to communicate any specific needs they may have.
