As a secure ambulance specialist transport provider, we take pride in our industry-leading ambulances (illustrated below). We offer high risk ambulances and secure ambulances to cater to differing risk levels.

Our Secure ambulance features a compact and security focused design maintaining a secure approach for safe and comfortable transportation. We also have a number of secure ambulances that can accommodate wheelchair users. Our secure ambulances can support most risk levels including challenging behaviour however, subject to complexity of such risks, it may be more appropriate to use our high-risk secure ambulance.

Our high risk (HR) ambulance is uniquely designed with an innovative Perspex screened care cell facility, demonstrating our commitment to preserving patient dignity, inclusion, and safety. The HR is Secure24’s leading and most versatile secure ambulance, carrying a range of specialist equipment to support its trained crew, even the most difficult of circumstances.

CCTV operates throughout our ambulances with our trained staff having body cameras ensuring the safety of patients, passengers/escorts and our staff. Ambulance crews have two staff members as a minimum, which can be increased, depending on patient complexity/risk. Our vehicles are maintained on a daily basis with diarised MOT checks and services. All our secure ambulances are cleaned in line with our ‘infection prevention and control policy’ ensuring every journey is both safe and comfortable.
