We work with the NHS, private hospital groups, Police, local authority, justice system and social services.

Secure24 established in 2014 and is renowned as an expert leader within its field. Its reputation as a trusted partner continues to grow and is recommended by all heath care professionals who work with them.

A recent CQC inspection awarded Secure24 a rating of ‘Good’ in all of its inspection areas, and they were also recognised for ‘Outstanding practise’ for their specialist ARU secure ambulances, and their recruitment and training procedures.

Meet the Team
Head of Service David Boswell

David is a security professional and has worked in a variety of fields to date. His strengths are in operational planning, business development, design and management. David’s hands on approach to the business has seen Secure24 rise to become a respected and industry leading provider.

Operations Manager Martin White

Martin arrived at Secure24 in May 2019, his experiences span specialist fields in both the military and civilian words at strategic level. Martin delivers expert operational planning and management, leadership, training and development that will heavily support service expansion.

Finance and Office Manager Lisa Tassell

Lisa joined the company in April 2019 and quickly established herself within its accounting procedures. Lisa brings a significant level of financial and managerial experiences and with this successes now also oversees our core office functionalities maintaining efficiency and compliance.

HR and Designated Safeguarding Lead Kayleigh Noel D’avila

Kayleigh has been with the brand since its formation and has worked in a variety of roles throughout her time. She now plays an important role in HR specifically covering staff relations, recruitment and admin in support of the operations team.

Payroll and Purchasing Natalie Lincoln

Natalie supports our payroll and purchasing requirements working closely with our suppliers and staff. Natalie joined Secure24 in December 2019 and has a significant amount of experience from her former career as a chartered accountant and brings these qualities to our needs.

Team Leaders

In addition to their role as a Secure Technician, Team Leaders assume a variety of additional responsibilities to ensure crews function proficiently at all times. They will monitor staff and provide guidance where necessary, and are on hand to make informed decisions and liaise with key personnel from other agencies.

Our Training

At Secure24 we have been recognised for ‘Outstanding Practise’ in our recruitment and training procedures, as well as being rated ‘Good’ in our CQC inspection.

Our staff prior to undergoing a comprehensive training program which is designed to teach, challenge, prepare and develop, must first complete a fitness assessment and team building exercises to demonstrate their character and suitability for the role.
