David is a security professional and has worked in a variety of fields to date. His strengths are in operational planning, business development, design and management. David’s hands on approach to the business has seen Secure24 rise to become a respected and industry leading provider.
Michael arrived at Secure24 in Nov 2020 after a distinguished 23 years of military service. His professional attributes focus on a number of key areas from Strategic Leadership and Management, Operational Planning, Policy and the Training and Development process that heavily supports our exceptional service delivery.
Lisa joined the company in April 2019 and quickly established herself. Lisa brings a significant level of financial and managerial experiences, with this she oversees all finances and core office functionalities including the support of business development.
Natalie supports our accounts, payroll and purchasing requirements working closely with our finance manager, suppliers and staff. Natalie joined Secure24 in December 2019 and has a significant amount of experience from her former career as a chartered accountant.
Wayne joined Secure24 in November 2020 after 33 years in HM Prison Service attaining the position of Assistant Director at one of the UK’s largest prison establishments. Wayne brings vast training experience across the board, but more specifically in Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression, Conflict Management, Personal Protection and advanced Control and Restraint.
Tania joined the organisation in September assuming the role of an office administrator and HR support. The office Admin is a vital role in supporting the organisations general day to day requirements as well as supporting it’s HR needs.
At Secure24 we have been recognised for ‘Outstanding Practise’ in our recruitment and training procedures, as well as being rated ‘Good’ in our CQC inspection.
Our staff prior to undergoing a comprehensive training program which is designed to teach, challenge, prepare and develop, must first complete a fitness assessment and a range team building exercises to demonstrate their character and suitability for the role.
If successful, our staff are continually monitored within their role ensuring professional standards are adhered to. Our training program incorporates a wide variety of tutorial and physical exercises developing knowledge and skill that are essential to the environments we work in.
