Secure24 (S24) was launched by Managing Director David Boswell in 2014, a trading name of Definitive PSA Ltd established in 2006. S24 is dedicated to supporting organisations and families who care for persons with Mental Health conditions or whose behaviour is challenging.

Demand on Mental Health services is fast growing in the UK and we want to do everything we can to support it, therefore we are dedicated to delivering high standards of care through the NHS and private sectors 24 hours a day.

As a result of our continued investment into staff, training, equipment, and specialist ambulances, S24 is recognised nationally for its professional capacity to respond to and manage a range of diverse situations across the UK.

Meet the Team
Managing Director David Boswell

David is a security professional and has worked in a variety of fields to date. His strengths are in operational planning, management, and design. David’s drive and hands on approach to the business has seen Secure24 rise to become a respected and industry leading provider.

Operations Manager Martin White

Martin arrived at Secure24 in May 2019, his experiences span specialist fields in both the military and civilian worlds at strategic level. Martin delivers expert operational planning and management, leadership, training and development that will heavily support service expansion.

Business Development Manager Derek Parsons

Derek joined Secure24 in 2015 having spent 7 years working as a Client Development Director assisting FTSE 100 pharmaceuticals. Derek has a proven track record of business development and believes in the importance of developing high standards.

Office and Account Controller Lisa Tassell

Lisa joined the company in April 2019 and quickly established herself within its accounting procedures. Lisa brings a significant level of financial and managerial experiences and with this successes now also oversees our core office functionalities maintaining efficiency and compliance.

HR and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Kayleigh Noel D’avila

Kayleigh has been with the brand since its formation and has worked in a variety of roles throughout her time. She now plays an important role in HR specifically covering staff relations, recruitment and admin in support of the operations team.

Payroll and Purchasing Lauren Woodcock

Lauren supports our payroll and purchasing requirements working closely with our suppliers and staff. Lauren joined Secure24 following her time within the construction industry, here she obtained a great level of administrative experiences and brings these qualities to our needs.

Team Leaders

In addition to their role as a Secure Technician, Team Leaders assume a variety of additional responsibilities to ensure crews function proficiently at all times. They will monitor staff and provide guidance where necessary, and are on hand to make informed decisions and liaise with key personnel from other agencies.

Secure Technicians

Secure Technicians (ST’s) are Front-Line trained professionals, operationally ready to respond to a range of dynamic situations across the UK. They are compassionate, friendly and motivated individuals, with a team focus is to ensure their actions are positive and supportive.

Staff Training

Our ongoing investment in staff training has established Secure24 within its industry as the leading provider of secure ambulance services. Our Secure Technicians (ST) undergo a comprehensive training program which is designed to teach, challenge, prepare and develop. Following successful training ST’s are assessed within their role ensuring professional standards are adhered to. Our training program incorporates a wide variety of tutorial and physical exercises teaching both knowledge and skills that are essential to the environments we work in. Below is an overview of our training modules;

Secure Technician Foundation Course parts 1 and 2 not limited to the following;

  • Emergency Blue Light Ambulance driver training
Emergency First Aid not limited to the following;
  • Dealing with an emergency
